Police said that half a dozen youths roaming around in the guise of Baba in Sarai Mahura village of Gosaiganj in Lucknow were held hostage and beaten up. The villagers first came to know that the accused were snake charmers, but they used to cheat people in the guise of Baba. All the accused roaming around in the guise of Baba are Hindus. All of them are residents of Meerut.
