UP: 8-year-old girl shot dead in Meerut, attackers had come to kill her brother

Meerut: A big news has come from Meerut, UP. An 8-year-old girl was shot dead here on Sunday evening. The surprising thing is that the attackers had come to kill the girl’s 25-year-old brother but they killed the girl.

What is the whole matter? 

The incident is from a village in the Sardhana police station area of ​​Meerut district. Aafia (8) was shot dead late in the evening in Kalindi village here. As soon as the information was received, there was a commotion on the spot and the police reached the spot immediately, took the body in custody, and sent it for post-mortem.

The police have started searching for the attackers. A statement from Sardhana police station SHO Pratap Singh has also come out on this incident. He said that the attackers had come to kill Aafia’s brother Sahil (25), but the girl came in between their firing and died due to a bullet injury directly in the chest. 

He said that initial investigation has revealed that the deceased’s brother Sahil had a dispute with some people of the village about some matter about two years ago. Due to this dispute, the attackers came to kill Sahil this evening. During this, when the firing took place, the girl came in between and the bullet hit her chest. While taking Aafia to the hospital, she died on the way. 

SHO said that the names of two youths are coming forward in the incident and efforts are being made to arrest them. From such incidents, it seems that people with criminal tendencies have no fear of law and they are openly committing such crimes.
