Suspense crime, Digital Desk : After the start of Operation Sindoor, the UAE contacted both India and Pakistan, requesting that both countries control further military action. They specifically mentioned any escalation which might threaten international peace as highly undesirable.
Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, maintained that the two nations focus on de-escalation and restraint in all their regional interactions for the sake of maintaining peace and stability.
Peaceful Approaches Are Needed
Sheikh Abdullah emphasized in his statement that conflicts are best resolved through dialogue and diplomacy, as no other method provides the desired results. He stressed the importance of non-violent measures for enduring peace, regional stability, and advancement.
As clearly stated, the UAE still advocates for the right use of diplomatic dialogue as a logical means of resolving the disputes in the region.
