TV Actor Abhinav Shukla Receives Death Threats Amid Rubina-Asim Controversy:

Just days after Bollywood actor Salman Khan was attacked by the Bishnoi gang, television actor Abhinav Shukla also received life-threatening messages. He posted a video on social media of an alleged gang member threatening him and his wife, actress Rubina Dilaik.

The individual included both abusive language and a gun and Salman Khan’s recent attack as part of a haunting death threat.

Abhinav Shukla Appeals for Police Action

The actor tagged Punjab and Chandigarh police on his post and request for immediate action. He further added:

“DEATH THREATS TO MY FAMILY. @DGPPunjabPolice @PunjabPoliceInd @DgpChdPolice @ChdPol. The person claimed to be from Chandigarh/Mohali. Please take swift and strong action. For everyone who knows this person, report to @DGPPunjabPolice.”

Rubina Dilaik Responds Strongly

After being threatened, Rubina issued a statement:

“My silence isn’t a sign of weakness. Do not push my boundaries.”

In the same statement, she highlighted the abusive messages and threats by Asim Riaz’s fans which were directed at Abhinav on Instagram risking not only his but her safety as well.

History: Rubina and Asim Scandal From Reality Show ‘Battleground’

The issue stems from Rubina’s ongoing feud with Asim Riaz, the co-judge of the web reality show Rubina’s Bass Dance. There are reports of a scuffle during the shooting as Asim purportedly asked Rubina with regards to her standing in a most contemptuous fashion.

That resulted in a furious confrontation and, as per reports, Asim was rather unceremoniously booted from the show thereafter. There are other claims he had a personal issues with co judge Abhishek Malhan which compounded problems for him.
