Mumbai: Adah Sharma’s film ‘Kerala Story’ has created many records at the box office and has crossed the 200 crore mark on Sunday. The film has entered the 200 crore club in just 17 days.

‘Kerala Story’ was made on a budget of just 20 crores. Considering this, crossing the 200 crore mark in 17 days is a huge achievement. In terms of revenue, it has become the second highest grossing film of 2023 after Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Pathan’.

Hindi, regional or Hollywood films have also broken against this film. It is playing equally in both multiplex and single screen. After the release of Hollywood’s ‘Fast X’, there were fears that the holiday traffic would shift towards it and make a difference to the earnings of ‘Kerala Story’, but nothing happened. The film earned eight crores on the first day. But after this, there has been a steady increase in his earnings. By Saturday, its earnings had crossed the figure of 180 crores.
