Following Sushant’s untimely demise in 2020, the lead role was finally given to Kartik Aaryan.

Bhuvan stated he met Sushant at the airport and recalled his plans to bring Petkar’s story to life. “Sushant was already set to do it. He possessed the story’s rights, presumably bought from Petkar himself,” Bhuvan told Hindi Rush.
