Suspense crime, Digital Desk : Following Moody’s downgrade of the US credit rating, Indian benchmark indices fell sharply on May 19, tracking global weakness. Despite this, the mid and small-cap segments did outperform the benchmarks, supported by advances in real estate, logistics, and pharmaceutical stocks.

Q4 FY25 net profit expands to ₹73 crore from a loss of ₹68.5 crore in Q4 FY24
Sequential profit growth: Exponential increase of 190%  
Revenue for Q4 was ₹2,192 crore, an YoY growth of 6%.

Graphite India (+15%)  

The increase accompanied Resonac Holdings' departure from China and Malaysia.  
Concerns about a possible one-third capacity loss at Resonac have led to fears about supply constraints.  

Divi’s Labs (+5%)  

Net profit for Q4 FY25 stands at ₹662 crores with a growth of 23%.  
Revenue posted for the quarter was ₹2,585 crores, growing at 12.2% YoY.  
Growth was driven by recovering APIs.

Hyundai Motor India (+2%)  

Net profit came in at ₹1,614 crores, declining 4% YoY.  
Revenue reached ₹17,940 crores, growing 1.5% YoY  

Real estate stocks

The Nifty Realty Index increased by nearly 2% to extend a four-day rally.  
The sector added ₹57,000 crores in market cap in four days and is quite optimistic about a possible RBI rate cut in June.

The Supreme Court dismissed writ petitions for the waiver of AGR dues.

The Sensex closed at 82,043 decreasing by 287 points while Nifty 50 ended the day at 24,933 losing 0.35%.

He stock dropped to ₹6.75 per share.

He bench strongly rebutted, “Misconceived petitions.”
