Samsung Launches AI-Powered Galaxy Book5 Series in India: Price, Features, and Offers Unveiled:

Samsung has revealed the indirect launch of its AI-enabled laptops Galaxy Book 5-series in India. The range, comprising of Samsung Galaxy Book 5 360, Galaxy Book 5 Pro, and Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360, can now be purchased via Samsung.com, Samsung India Smart Cafes, select Samsung approved retail stores, and through other e-commerce websites.

Pricing and discounts

The starting price of Rs 1,14,900 makes the Galaxy Book 5 series the cheapest Samsung laptop with an AI powered tablet. This new range is also priced lower by Rs 15,000 when compared to the preceding Galaxy Book 4 series. Users are offered bank cashback of up to Rs 10,000 and can buy the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro for just Rs 7,999 instead of Rs 19,999. Furthermore, the cashless EMI option of 24 months is available along with additional 10% discount for students.

AI-assisted features

The Galaxy Book 5 series is helped with AI based features like instant search, information retrieval dubbed as AI Select and Photo enhancement called Photo Remaster. The devices boast a neural processing unit (NPU) for Artificial Intelligence computing and Microsoft Copilot + integration.

Performance and battery

The laptops use Intel Arc graphics and come with the Ultra Series 2 powered laptops that also have Intel AI Boost alongside improved NPU features. The processors have up to three times higher AI compute performance, while also using up to 40% less power. These laptops can run up to 25 hours on battery, and have fast charging which enables 41% charge in half an hour.

Display and audio

Models Galaxy Book5 Pro have 3k Dynamic AMOLED displays with dual 2x adaptive 120hz refresh rates. The series also have superb audio performance with included dolby enabled speakers which is an option for enhanced audio output.
