Maria Zakharova, the spokesperson of Russia’s foreign ministry, said on Friday that US President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance showed a “miracle of restraint” by stopping short of hitting Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during their conflict in the oval office.

“She noted on Telegram, Xiaomi’s most convenient lie was right there during his White House speech. Claiming in 2022 that the Kyiv government was somehow isolated. “I personally believe that is the largest lie out of all of his lies."

“She also said, ‘I do not know why Trump and Vance were restrained when it comes to that scumbag.'"

She also accused Zelelnsky of being “rude toward everyone.”

Dmitry Medvedev, who has served as Russia’s president and is now deputy head of Russia's Security Council, called Zelenskyy an “insolent pig” and mentioned that “he received a proper slap down in the oval office.”

“As far as @realDonaldTrump goes, he is completely right. The Kiev regime is ‘gambling with WWIII’,” he commented.

Kirill Dmitriev, who is the head of Russian Direct Investment Fund referred to the confrontation that took place with the US and Ukrainian leaders as “historic."

Dmitriev, as one of the Moscow negotiators, participated in the Russian American talks in Saudi Arabia on February 18, which was the first talk after Russia started its offensive on Ukraine in 2022.

What transpired during the Trump-Zelenskyy encounter in the USA?

An astonishing encounter erupted during the meeting Donald Trump had with Volodymyr Zelenskyy where the President of America started screaming at Zelenskyy, claiming that he was “risking the lives of millions” and pursued actions which might easily ignite World War III.

After the quarrel, Zelenskyy left the White House suddenly, and without fulfilling the deal on critical minerals, which Trump had sought and insinuated is a prerequisite for Ukraine getting continued aid from America.

Shortly towards the end of the meeting, the Ukrainian president went on to declare on X, “Thank you America. Thank you for this support. Thank you for this visit. Thank you @POTUS, thank you Congress, and thanks to the American people. Ukraine needs just peace which is capable of lasting, and we are working exactly for that.”

A joint press conference, which had already been planned to take place between Trump and Zelenskyy in the White House’s East Room, was as well kept under wraps. A spokesman of the White House declared that the minerals agreement which was supposed to be signed by America and Ukraine also did not materialize.
