Suspense crime, Digital Desk : Rabindranath Tagore Jayanti will be celebrated in 2025 on Wednesday, the 7th of May which marks 164 years since the birth of the legendary poet, philosopher and artist of India. In the state of West Bengal, this occasion is marked as per the Bengali Calendar and is popularly known as Poncheeshe Boishakh and it falls on the 25th day of the month of Boishakh which in the year 1432 would be the 25th of Boishakh – 25th Boishakh, 1432 B.S.

Rabindranath Tagore’s Legacy
Rabindranath Tagore was born in 1861. His contribution to Indian and world literature was unparalleled. He was the first non-european to receive the Nobel prize for literature in 1913 for a phenomenal collection of poems named Geetanjali.
