Priyanka Chopra Sells 4 Luxury Apartments in Mumbai for ₹16.17 Crore:

Actress Priyanka Chopra : Once again, Bollywood actress and global personality Priyanka Chopra Jonas is in the spotlight, this time for a major real estate transaction in Mumbai. She has sold four luxury apartments in Andheri West, Mumbai for a total of Rs 16.17 crore. These apartments are part of the Oberoi Sky Gardens project, a posh residential complex in Lokhandwala noted for its high-value properties.

The deal details show that the four apartments are located on the eighteenth and nineteenth floors of the building.

Out of the four, three are separate units, while one is jodi style flat, which means it is a two-level combined unit. The first appartment is on the 18th floor and has a built-up area of 1075 square feet. It was sold for Rs 3.45 crores with a stamp duty of Rs 17.26 lakh. The second apartment, also on the 18th floor, is slightly smaller at 885 square feet with a sale price of Rs 2.85 crore and stamp duty of Rs 14.25 lakh.

This expansive property is located on the 19th floor. It was sold for 3.52 crore rupees with stamp duty attached was 21.12 lakh. Its apartments encompass 1100 feet. Priyanka Chopra purchased an even bigger apartment on both the 18th and 19th floor jodi flat worth 6.35 crore rupees with stamp duty of 31.75 lakh. He was set back 65 lakh stamp duty set on a 3 March 2025 contract

She already has a stake on this property making it wonder what other investments she might possess. One thing is clear her real estate portflio is certianl diversify globally. Especially India, where she has done several huge spendings.

The Urban Nomads private limited have been given a security deposit of 6 lakh rupees for renting additional floor space. This agreement has been signed by her mother Madhu Chopra and brother Siddharth.

Her family rented a bungalow for further investment near Koregaon Park in Pune while also capturing additional co living and working set up space for the firm. This was set for 2024 at 2 lakh a month

In 2023, she sold two penthouses in Lokhandwala Complex, Oshiwara, for ₹6 Crore. In 2021, she also leased an office space in Andheri West for 2.11 Lacs a month and sold two residential units in Versova for 7 crores.
