New Delhi: Today, Diwali is being celebrated with great pomp and show across the country. From homes to markets and streets, everything is decorated. Prime Minister Narendra Modi wished the countrymen a happy and prosperous life and wished them a Happy Diwali. He wrote on the social media platform X, “Many many happy wishes to the countrymen on Deepawali. On this divine festival of lights, I wish everyone a healthy, happy, and prosperous life. May everyone be blessed with the blessings of Maa Lakshmi and Lord Ganesha.”

Earlier, PM Modi had also posted on social media about the Deepotsav celebrations in Ayodhya. He said that this is the first Diwali after Ramlala was seated in the grand temple in Ayodhya and this holy moment has come after 500 years after countless sacrifices and penance of Ram devotees. Tagging a post of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, PM Modi said in a post on ‘X’, “Supernatural Ayodhya! This is the first Deepawali after Maryada Purushottam Lord Shri Ram was seated in his grand temple. This unique beauty of Shri Ramlala’s temple in Ayodhya is going to overwhelm everyone.

He said, “After 500 years, this holy moment has come after countless sacrifices and continuous sacrifice and penance of Ram devotees. It is our good fortune that we all have become witnesses of this historic occasion. I believe that the life of Lord Shri Ram and his ideals will remain an inspiration for the countrymen in the accomplishment of the resolution of a developed India. ” Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra shared pictures of the temple glittering with lights in its post.

Many congratulations to the people of Ayodhya for the grand and divine Deepotsav! This Jyotiparva at the holy birthplace of Ramlala, illuminated by millions of diyas, is going to be emotional. This beam of light emanating from Ayodhya Dham will fill my family members across the country with new enthusiasm and new energy. I wish that Lord Shri Ram blesses all the countrymen with happiness, prosperity, and a successful life.” In January, the Prana Pratishtha ceremony of Ramlala was organized in the grand Ram temple built in Ayodhya. Lakhs of people watched this Prana Pratishtha ceremony on television in their homes and neighborhood temples and enjoyed this historic moment.
