But far more difficult than just the strained appearance was the emotional range of embodying a mother. I was grappling with how much emotion to display and Vishal Sir helped me a lot with that,” Nushrratt shared.

The stakes are higher in Chhorii 2, and so is the emotional narrative. “Delving into motherhood again for the sequel was powerful. As the story expanded, so did our resolve to deliver authenticity in every shot,” Nushrratt added.
