No need to buy a whole packet of medicine anymore, each pill will have an expiry date! The government has prepared

[ad_1]

In the interest of patients and drug dealers, the government may soon issue an important advisory for the drug sector. If drug dealers want to buy small quantities of drugs, that will also be possible now. They will not be forced to buy the entire packet. In fact, after taking some tablets from the blister pack, the problem arises that the rest of the pack does not have the batch number, manufacturing date and expiry date.

What will change now?

The government has advised that the packaging of the drug should be modified in such a way that 2-4 tablets can be easily separated and each tablet should have batch number, manufacturing date and expiry date details. According to reports, this may increase the cost of drugs but once all companies adopt this move, the prices will come down.

Why buy the whole strip if you only need 3 pills?

An official from the consumer affairs department said why would a person buy the entire strip if he only needed 3 tablets? The department told this to representatives of the pharmaceutical sector in a meeting last week. Officials said that an advisory may be issued soon for this.

Medical shopkeepers are also hurt by the cut track

Cut bars have emerged as a problem for retailers. Most of them do not have the batch number, manufacture and expiry date written on them. It is an offense to stock medicines without these important details. Due to which these cut strips have to be thrown away. However, expired drugs are sent to wholesalers and then to manufacturers for proper disposal.
