Suspense crime, Digital Desk : The already turbulent political waters of Bihar have been further stirred as political strategist Prashant Kishor has unleashed a sharp, personal attack on Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, openly questioning his "mental fitness" and suitability to hold the state's top executive post. Kishor, whose relationship with Kumar has soured significantly since their earlier collaborations, cited the Chief Minister's recent public pronouncements and political vacillations as grounds for his serious concerns.

In pointed remarks to the media, Kishor contended that Nitish Kumar's recent conduct, including "bizarre" behavior and "incoherent" statements, strongly indicates he is "mentally unfit" for the demands of his office. A key piece of evidence Kishor highlighted was Kumar's controversial and widely condemned comments in the Bihar assembly concerning women's education and its purported link to population control – remarks for which Kumar subsequently issued an apology.

"The manner in which he has been conducting himself and speaking lately makes it evident that he is not in a stable mental state," Kishor was quoted as saying, directly challenging Kumar's capacity to effectively govern Bihar.

The strategist further buttressed his claims by pointing to Nitish Kumar's extensive history of frequently switching political allegiances, suggesting these political U-turns are symptomatic of a deeper instability. Kishor implied that a combination of age and the accumulated fatigue of a long political career might be contributing factors to what he perceives as Kumar's deteriorating condition.

According to Kishor, the continuation of Kumar's leadership under these alleged circumstances is not just a personal issue for the Chief Minister but is actively detrimental to Bihar's public image and its prospects for development.

These scathing accusations are being voiced as Prashant Kishor actively spearheads his 'Jan Suraaj' (Good Governance) yatra across Bihar. Through this extensive public outreach campaign, Kishor has consistently criticized the prevailing political establishment, targeting both Nitish Kumar and his RJD allies. He aims to position 'Jan Suraaj' as a credible new political alternative for the electorate, claiming that the people of Bihar are weary of the long-standing Lalu Prasad Yadav-Nitish Kumar political dynamic.

Prashant Kishor's direct assault on the Chief Minister's mental competence marks a significant escalation in their ongoing feud and is anticipated to provoke strong rebuttals from Kumar's Janata Dal (United) party and its coalition partners, further electrifying Bihar's political discourse.
