Suspense crime, Digital Desk : Fitness enthusiast Milind Soman has never failed to inspire his followers and continue to live up to his name ‘Fitness Ka Dabba’ by embracing fitness as a way of life and inspiring many of his followers.

In the latest video posted on his Instagram account, he could be seen doing pull-ups with leg lifts using the monkey bars in a park. This specific exercise is not only very challenging but also requires a considerable amount of strength and complete control of the body.

In the video, the now 59-year-old Milind is seen wearing nothing except a pair of black shorts and slippers paired with a mask while doing the workout. The jaw-dropping muscular body of his, at this age, received immense admiration from the people praising him for his conditioning alongside the thinking of fitness he carries in life.

In the caption, he wrote:  

“Pulling myself up one last time before heading out. I do not have a set workout schedule as a gym rat, I will always take any chance, no matter how brief, to fidget. So basking in the summer definitely calls for a weather workout!”  


He also added the hashtags: #KeepMoving, #StayActive, #StrongEveryday.  

Comments were overflowing at super speed. One wrote, “This is incredible strength. People don't realize the effort it takes to do just a few pull-ups — you make it look so seamless.” Another said, “Dayummm. Bro is still stuck in his 30s.” A third added, “Bollywood actors are nothing in comparison to your looks. You stand beside George Clooney and Clint Eastwood, and you'll still look better.”  

How to Perform an Overhead Pull-Up  
To do an Overhead Pull-up you will need to:  
- Stand directly under a pull-up bar and lift your arms until your fingers grasp it.  
- Extend your arms until you’re hanging from the bar.  
- Using your arms, chin yourself over the bar until your upper body is above it.  
- Control the motion and engage your abs into the movement to steady your body.
