In a tragic incident in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, a man died while recording a reel atop a moving e-rickshaw. The incident took place on March 27 at Station Square in the Sadar Kotwali area. The man, later identified as Chandrashekhar Rawat, lost balance during a stunt and fell head-first onto the road, resulting in a fatal injury.

According to eyewitnesses, Chandrashekhar was performing a dance and stunt on the roof of an e-rickshaw when the vehicle began moving. He lost his balance and fell, suffering a severe head injury. He was immediately taken to the district hospital at Ghazipur Medical College, where doctors pronounced him dead.

Deceased Identified as Medical College Employee

The deceased, Chandrashekhar Rawat, was employed on an outsourcing basis at the Medical College Postmortem House in Ghazipur. He was responsible for cleaning and assisting doctors with postmortem procedures. In an unfortunate twist, his postmortem was conducted at the same facility where he had worked.

Victim Known for Making Reels and Online Popularity

Locally known as "Jallad," Chandrashekhar had gained popularity on social media for his distinctive style and frequent reel content. A video of the accident is now circulating online, showing him dancing on the roof of the rickshaw before losing his balance and falling. Despite immediate help from bystanders, he could not be saved.

Police Investigation Underway

The police have taken custody of the body and sent it for postmortem examination. An investigation is ongoing to determine further details surrounding the incident.

Family Background of the Deceased

Chandrashekhar was married twice. His elder son, who is married with four children, lives locally, while his younger son from his second marriage resides in Delhi. His colleagues expressed shock at the incident, remembering him as a dedicated worker.
