Suicides occurred hours before NEET exam, others also died in Hyderabad and Ghaziabad

Another NEET aspirant, aged 22, from Ghaziabad also committed suicide after he reportedly made a video of himself before ending his life.
Hisar : A 19-year-old bright girl died by suicide by consuming poison just a few hours before the NEET exam was held on Sunday. The re-exam of NEET is being held on June 21. Sunday happened to be the last day for a 19-year-old girl from the Dhani Khan Bahadur village of Barwala area of Hisar.
The girl had prepared for NEET exam in Sikar of Rajasthan; According to the girl's family, her exam was scheduled to start around 11am on Sunday. Before reaching the examination center, just a few hours before her exam, she consumed poison at her home. Although an immediate effort to save her was made, the situation became so worse in moments that it could not be saved.
“The girl, aged 19, prepared for NEET exams for night and day in Sikar, Rajasthan. She prepared for the exam for third time. After she had failed last time in the first year after getting through into first step, then this girl worked hard and applied again in the NEET exam last time, but got dejected after the leak of the papers,” her family members said.

A NEET aspirant from Hyderabad who was preparing for her NEET re-exam that would be held in the next day was found hanging from her dupatta in her house, the Indian Express reported. Sana also left a suicide note written in English saying nobody should be held responsible for her death, said the police officials.
“This was her third attempt at NEET, last time her hopes got dashed when the question papers were leaked.
She took extensive coaching after that. She was very stressed due to the pressure of her family and the exam,” the family said. 22-year-old Jatin released a video before committing suicide; Deadly Chain in Ghaziabad: Yet another NEET aspirants from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh has allegedly ended his life by hanging himself. The 22-year-old student was found hanging from the ceiling fan in his house located in Vijaynagar police station area.

We are investigating the video for any further clues about the mental pressure he might have undergone leading to his death.
No external injuries found on the body and the cause of death is due to asphyxiation as per postmortem report,” Additional DCP Ghaziabad (City) Kshitij Singhal told media on Wednesday.
