While many his age struggle with mobility, the octogenarian chose to trade his armchair for the clouds, successfully completing a high-altitude skydive from a breathtaking 18,000 feet in Australia. Not only did he complete the jump with the composure of a professional, but he did so while proudly waving the Indian tricolor, dressed in his traditional white kurta.
A 60-Second Free-Fall at 200 km/h
Chuhad Singh is currently on a two-month Australian tour with his grandson, Ankit. It was during this trip that the urge for adventure struck, and he made his desire to skydive known. After undergoing rigorous medical examinations to ensure he was fit for the extreme altitude, he took the leap. The experience saw him free-falling for a pulse-pounding 60 seconds at speeds approaching 200 kilometers per hour.
