Suspense crime, Digital Desk : Actors Hema Malini and Deepika Padukone were spotted at the Jio World Convention Centre WAVES exhibition on May 1, which is part of the World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit. An Instagram video captures both of the stars together as they smiled for the cameras.

Hema Malini did not disappoint as she stunned in a yellow saree with orange and light green borders paired with a green off the shoulder blouse and matching jewelry.
Deepika Padukone chose a beige salwar suit with tonal threadwork and intricate embroidery. Her trousers featured cutwork, while her dupatta was sheer, both of which modernized the traditionally inspired attire.
Industry Titans Join Forces at WAVES
The WAVES summit will follow the inaugural session ‘Legends & Legacies: The Stories which Shaped India’s Soul’ featuring the icons of today, Hema Malini, Rajinikanth, Mohanlal, Mithun Chakraborty, and Chiranjeevi alongside Akshay Kumar as the moderator. The summit’s intention is to draw greater attention towards the 2.5 lakh crore Indian media and entertainment industry and sustain it’s growth from the 1st to the 4th of May.
The focus turned to the evolution of Indian entertainment in ‘The New Mainstream: Breaking Borders, Building Legends’ at 2:30 PM which has Karan Johar moderating it with SS Rajamouli, AR Rahman, Anil Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Vicky Kaushal in attendance.
In the subsequent part titled, ‘The Journey: From Outsider to Ruler’, Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone are poised to discuss their rise in the industry. Karan Johar will also moderate this session.
