War 2 will become the first Indian film to premiere at Dolby Cinemas in India. This release marks a significant milestone in the integration of cinematic technology and viewing in the country. Furthermore, the film will release in Hindi and Telugu, and the North America, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and several other locations will have Dolby Cinemas equipped to showcase this film.

Thanks to the recently inaugurated Dolby Cinema at City Pride Multiplexes, Kharadi, Pune, India moviegoers can now watch the film in the first Dolby Atmos equipped cinema in the country. The remaining locations in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Trichy, Kochi, and Ulikkal are still under construction and hope to be finished soon.

In 2020, YRF made history as the first music label in India to offer a Dolby Atmos Music experience with a collection of hit tracks in the album 'Best of YRF'. In 2013, YRF's DHOOM:3 became one of the earliest Hindi films to be released in Dolby Atmos and performanced through breathtaking audio realism. And back in 1995, YRF’s Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge was one of the first Indian films to incorporate Dolby Audio. Numerous titles and tracks from YRF have been published and offered through streaming services in Dolby.
