The woman was seen on video moving up and down the aisle while taking off her clothes and yelling, which prompted the plane to go back to its gate.

An eyewitness contended that the passenger harassed the rest of the crew while demanding to be released, stating, “She started banging the cockpit’s door and yanking it while hurling insults at the people manning the cabin.”
In a statement, the Southwest CEO claimed the company ‘disrupted’ the passengers but instead offered an explanation regarding the flights affected. “A passenger issue on board the aircraft caused us to return to the gate…Local authorities met the flight as it was returning the gate after it had an issue with one of the passengers,” he detailed.
An unnamed eyewitness gave a peculiar account for 12 News, “She started jumping out of sheer excitement and was bellowing at the top of her lungs. It was breathtaking,” while describing the inexplicable incident.
“She was very clearly experiencing a mental breakdown,” this witness noted.
The flight took off from William P. Hobby Airport in Houston, Texas, on a Monday and was bound to Phoenix, Arizona.
A passenger shared with us at KHOU-TV: “She faced us and took off all of her clothes. After that, she turned and started heading towards the front of the plane, where she began to bang on the cockpit doors, begging to be let in, while screaming,” a passenger told KHOU-TV.
As per the NDTV report, the woman who undressed herself on the flight was first arrested and then transported to the NeuroPsychiatric Centre at the Harris Health Ben Taub Hospital in Houston for a psychological evaluation, and this was after her assessment was completed, as quoted from the authorities.
