In fact, when the employees of the education department sat on a dharna against the departmental officer, the officer himself came and sat on the ground with the employees sitting on the dharna and told them to sit there till the dharna ended.
The matter is of the District School Inspector Office of Moradabad. Here the District Officer has to inspect the DIOS office. Regarding this, District School Inspector Dr. Arun Kumar Dubey asked for cleaning and whitewashing of the entire office. All the departmental employees were told to get their rooms whitewashed as soon as possible. When DIOS Arun Dubey took strict action on not getting the whitewashing done, the entire staff went on strike.

DIOS office employee Mohan Lal alleges that while talking about office inspection by DM Sahab, DIOS Sahab asked everyone to get their rooms whitewashed, but did not say anything about where the funds would come from. He also kept saying that this is an internal matter of our family. After some time, DIOS took all the staff members to his room.
