The Kapoor family is extremely excited to celebrate the 100th birth anniversary of their late actor Raj Kapoor. They also met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and invited him for the celebration. Karisma Kapoor says while facing the camera, ‘Look I am very nervous’ and to this PM Modi teases her saying, ‘Don’t you guys get nervous in front of the camera.’ Hearing this, everyone started smiling. PM Modi met Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Neetu Kapoor and other members of the Kapoor family at his residence in New Delhi. The Kapoor family is honouring Raj Kapoor’s legacy by hosting a film festival that will showcase 10 of his greatest films. The festival will screen Raj Kapoor’s most celebrated films from across nearly four decades, including such blockbuster hits as Aag (1948), Barsaat (1949), Awara (1951), Shree 420 (1955), Jagte Raho (1956), Jis Desh Mein Ganga Behti Hai (1960), Sangam (1964), Mera Naam Joker (1970), Bobby (1973) and Ram Teri Ganga Maili (1985).
