Employees will receive secure Provident Fund (EPF) accounts and medical coverage through the Employees' State Insurance (ESI) scheme, alongside cashless medical treatment of up to five lakh rupees under the Ayushman Bharat scheme if required. Additionally, the government signed a landmark accident insurance agreement with the State Bank of India (SBI) for zero-balance salary accounts. Depending on the worker's grade and salary, families will receive between twenty to fifty lakh rupees in the tragic event of accidental or disaster-related death, alongside emergency provisions including ten lakh rupees for air ambulance services, ten lakh rupees for children's education, and eight to ten lakh rupees for daughters' marriages.
Political Backing and Crushing the Agency Syndicates
Addressing the gathering alongside Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak, the administration took direct aim at past political regimes. The Chief Minister asserted that just as previous syndicates in Saifai and Rampur were dismantled, the government has now broken the exploitative agency syndicates that treated outsourced workers as a burden and forced cuts for recruitment and uniforms prior to 2017.
