During his visit to Amethi district, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya received an enthusiastic welcome from party office-bearers, public representatives, and workers at various locations, including Raebareli Crossing, Dighiya Bazar (Raebareli), and Fursatganj, where they presented him with garlands and bouquets. During the visit, the Deputy Chief Minister inaugurated the newly constructed S.C. Bose, Homi Bhabha, and Vidyasagar hostels at the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT) in Jais by cutting the ceremonial ribbon.
Present on this occasion were State Minister Shri Mayankeshwar Sharan Singh, MLC Shri Shailendra Pratap Singh, District Panchayat President Shri Rajesh Agrahari, Jagdishpur MLA Shri Suresh Pasi, District Magistrate Shri Sanjay Chauhan, Superintendent of Police Shri Sarvanan T., Chief Development Officer Ms. Pooja Sahu, and BJP District President Shri Sudhanshu Shukla, along with other public representatives, officials, party office-bearers, workers, and a large number of citizens.
In his address, the Deputy Chief Minister stated that under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the 'double-engine' of development and public welfare is moving at full speed in Uttar Pradesh. Efforts to provide facilities such as housing, free food grains, Ujjwala gas connections, Ayushman Bharat benefits, electricity, clean drinking water, healthcare, education, and employment to the poor are continuing ceaselessly. The government's goal is to ensure that the benefits of development reach the person standing at the very last rung of society. The BJP's 'double-engine' government is committed to ensuring that poor, deprived, destitute, and needy families have the right to live with dignity. Government schemes are not limited to paper; officials and public representatives are constantly working to ensure their benefits reach eligible beneficiaries. By providing permanent housing to poor women and families from weaker sections, the government is bringing about a lasting transformation in their lives. A house is not merely a structure of four walls but the foundation for a family's security, dignity, and a better future. The dream of owning a permanent house has been realized for lakhs of families through the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and the Chief Minister's Awas Yojana.
