Kanpur: A shocking incident has come to light from Kanpur, UP. Hari Om Baba, popularly known as Bottle Wale Baba, has been accused of fraud. The person making the allegations is a constable of UP Police. The constable alleges that Baba charged thousands of rupees in the name of curing his son’s cancer but the son did not get cured and he died. The deceased boy was just 21 years old.
What is the whole matter?
Lokendra Yadav, a resident of Etawah and a constable in UP Police, said that his 21-year-old son Aryan Yadav had cancer. His cancer was detected in September 2023, after which he was treated in Delhi and Mumbai. Currently, he is undergoing treatment at Tata Hospital in Mumbai.
Lokendra said that he came in contact with a Baba named Hariram Sarkar through his sister. Baba claimed that he would cure his son and take him to Mumbai as soon as possible. After this, Lokendra booked flight tickets for Baba and his three disciples to Mumbai and sent 51 thousand rupees online to Baba.
After coming to Mumbai, Baba blew water on Aryan and then went back by flight. During this time, Baba also got Rs. 5000 each for his disciples through the soldier. Despite this, the soldier’s son Aryan could not be saved and he died.
The constable alleges that 21-year-old Aryan died because of the claims made by the Baba. The Baba claims to cure all diseases with the help of a bottle of water and cloves. When the constable asked for his money back, the Baba threatened him with a false case and dismissal from the job. The constable says that his son lost his life and his money too. Now the constable demands that action be taken against the fake Baba and his money be returned.
