The protesters said that the protest would not end until they got the appointment letter. The court has decided in our favor. The government should also pay attention and issue appointment letters. Let us tell you that recently Allahabad High Court gave a decision in the 69,000 teacher recruitment case. The double bench of the court canceled the merit list of teacher recruitment. Also ordered to issue a new merit list within three months.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath welcomed this decision of the court. Posting on x, he wrote that I was informed about all the facts of the court’s decision by the Basic Education Department in the 69,000 teacher recruitment case. The department has been instructed to take action in light of the observation of the Supreme Court and the decision of the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court. The Uttar Pradesh government is of the clear opinion that the reserved category candidates must get the benefit of the reservation facility provided by the Constitution and no injustice should be done to any candidate.
