
Ramzan is a highly revered month in Islam, where Muslims fast from dawn until sunset, abstaining from both food and drink. Whether at home or in the office, sitting in an air-conditioned room can help you stay cool and prevent excessive dehydration caused by heat. Make sure to use a humidifier alongside the air conditioner to prevent dryness in the room, as this will help maintain the necessary moisture level in the air and keep your skin hydrated.
4. Avoid Cooking Near a Hot Stove
If you're fasting but need to cook for others, such as preparing meals for children or working in a restaurant, avoid staying near the hot stove for prolonged periods. Keep the flame low to minimize exposure to heat, which can lead to dehydration.
