These are just some segments from my favorite movies that continue to inspire me till today. This journey started for me back when I watched . My personal favorite track from Weddin is still “Tum Hi Ho” as it makes me feel infinite.

The film revolves around a unique story ‘O Stree, Kal Aana,’ where the ghost of a woman captures the males of the village. It was made on a budget of ₹ 25 crores while it grossed over ₹ 180 crores. It has an IMDb rating of 7.6/10. So if you like to mix horror with comedy, you should watch this film.

Released in 2024, ‘Stree 2’ is the sequel of ‘Stree’ originally released in 2018. In this film, Amar Kaushik again got to work with the ever so talented cast of Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkumar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee and Aparshakti Khurana.
Now the plot is much more exciting and terrifying as the villagers are haunted by a spirit. The movie was made at a cost of ₹50 crores and earned ₹608.37 crores at the box office. It has an IMDb rating of 7.2/10. This is a fantastic choice for people who enjoy the horror-comedy genre.
Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar
I would like to say that I am a liar and you all imagine things.
Directed by Luv Ranjan, is a 2023 romantic comedy film. The chemistry between Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor was the highlight of the film which garnered praises from fans. The movie did superbly in the box office taking in ₹230 crores against the initial investment of ₹85 crores. Dimple Kapadia and Boney Kapoor had also starred in important roles in the film. It has an IMDb rating of 6.5/10. If rom-coms are your cup of tea, give it a watch on OTT.
Saaho
‘Saaho’ is an action thriller movie that came out in 2019. Sujeeth was the mastermind behind this film. The movie starred Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor in the leading roles. Infused with thrilling fight scenes along with VFX, the movie spent ₹350 crores but made an astonishing ₹504. 23 crores.
In the film also appeared Neil Nitin Mukesh, Jackie Shroff, Chunky Pandey and Mandira Bedi. Even though it got a 5.2 rating on IMDb, the film is visually appealing. You can view it on Netflix.
