Suspense crime, Digital Desk : Like her sister Shilpa, Shamita Shetty has Creative Workouts. With 10 minutes to spare, Shamita developed a treadmill workout which can be completed in under 10 minutes incorporating a full body workout for busy individuals with tight schedules. She showcased this on her Instagram.




Included in Shamita’s treadmill workout is:

1 Minute Walking Lunges:

Strengthens legs and glutes and improves balancing.

1 Minute Carry Dumbbells:

Minor movement with major impact. This exercise targets the core, grip, and cardiovascular health while walking with dumbbells in each hand.

1 Minute Overhead Dumbbell Walk:

Progressively enhances heart rate, pulp muscles, and assists in burning an increased amount of calories.

1 Minute Reverse Squat Walks:

2-in-1 workout that betters balance and coordination while helping burn calories.

1 Minute Banded Runs:

Provides an extreme cardio boost while conditioning the body.

According to Shamita, optimal results come from repeating the set of exercises 4–6 times. She shared the following in her video:


“Forgetting to squeeze in some workout during the day? Here’s a quick exercise that will help you shed those calories in no time! Just repeat the routine four to six times and you’ll be good to go!@clubrpm”

The Variety of Exercise Keeps Shamita’s Fitness Routine Interesting

To make the exercises more interesting, Shamita shares a wide range of exercises on her social media platforms. While she was focusing on spinal mobility, she captioned the video:

“Articulation of the spine! Wow! This stretch is pure magic!”

Shamita features herself exercising her core with a stability ball and describes the challenge that comes from maintaining balance.

“Doing abs with a stability ball is like balancing on a dream!” she exclaimed.
