Suspense crime, Digital Desk : Samantha Ruth Prabhu is being commended for both the success of the film Subham and for her kind engagement with her assistant, which has gone viral. A viral video that emerged from the success celebration of the film showcases a lovely moment shared between the actress and her assistant, Mahendra Babu.
After Mahendra finished thanking her for the support she provided during the course of his career as an assistant for over a decade, he had to step away from the mic as he was so emotional he could not continue to speak. He thanked her for giving him the opportunity to co-produce Subham, which was Samantha's first attempt at producing a film.
Samantha’s Kindness in Public Eyes
In the viral Instagram snippet, Samantha is seen rushing to embrace Mahendra and thank him for his public praise after the assistant breaks down mid-sentence. This has struck a positive response amongst many Instagram users who noted her generosity.
Admiration flooded the comments of the post by social media users. One user commented, ‘Samantha has truly got a heart of gold. She rejected alimony and respects people around her.’ Another user added, ‘This is beautiful’ while third user commented, ‘What a pure soul she is. Rise queen.’
About “Subham”: A Horror-Comedy set in Coastal Andhra
Praveen Kandregula is the director of Subham, a quirky horror-comedy set in the early 2000s in a coastal town called Bheemili. The film captures the crazy misadventures of three eccentric couples whose daily life routines are plagued by supernatural events. Cast Harshith Reddy, Gavireddy Srinivas, Charan Peri, Shriya Kontham, Shravani Lakshmi, Shalini Kondepudi, Vamshidhar Goud Samantha also has a comical cameo adding spice to the plot.
What’s next for Samantha?
After the successful debut as a producer, Samantha is looking forward to featuring in the new web series Rakt Brahmand with Aditya Roy Kapur and Ali Fazal.
