Suspense crime, Digital Desk : Hitherto unconfirmed claims about an alleged dress rehearsal assault pertaining to an aide who purportedly leaked an audio clip of a recording related to the late actress Kim Sae Ron have been categorically quashed by the South Korean Consulate in New York. In a statement issued by the consulate, it was stated that no Korean citizen has been arrested with regard to the case, and no such case has been reported.
What Started The Speculation
These allegations define from the press conference held by the YouTube group Garosero Institute and Lawyer Bu Ji Seok who is advocating for Kim Sae Ron’s family. The group claimed that a known informant who released the audio that stirred public drama had been subjected to a brutal beating.
The Exposed Audio Discussion Key Elements
The audio tape reportedly contained a private discussion with the actress Kim Sae Ron where she was said to be talking about her former relationship with Kim Soo Hyun. The intricate details on this content resulted in a great deal of speculation across the cyber world, some even accusing Kim Soo Hyun or his agency to be behind the purported assassination attempt.
Consulate Counter Stipulated All For Arguments Made Above
In an equally broad left hand response, the South Korean Consulate said:
In the absence of proof of an arrest or loss of civilian captured in New York, there cannot be any officially documented interaction with the government to support those claims.
They do not know about any related FBI investigations.
These remarks contradict positions taken during the Garosero press conference and in doing so greatly damage the credibility of the allegations.
Public Response and Backlash
Persistent disbelief from users stems from a perceived lack of evidence. With the consulate’s firm denial, many are now accusing the Garosero Institute and Bu Ji Seok of spreading unfounded claims for attention.
The original scandal started on May 7 when Garosero played an audio recording purporting to be a voice of a Kim Sae Ron claiming she had a sexual encounter with Kim Soo Hyun during her high school years.
While claiming that the informant’s identity was protected, the needed and supporting evidence of no assault at all has left many wondering what the goal was to make such declarations public, without alternative motives.
