Regina Cassandra is in the limelight after taking on the role of Bharathi in Gopichand Malineni's 2025 Hindi movie Jaat. The movie was produced by state film producers Mythri Movie Makers and People Media Factory which also features Sunny Deol and Randeep Hooda.

Bharathi's character has several emotional layers which Regina captured with great intensity and grace which was critically acclaimed.
