Suspense crime, Digital Desk : BENGALURU: City police have arrested Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s (RCB) marketing head Nikhil Sosale in connection with the stampede that killed 11 people. He was trying to escape to Mumbai from Kempegowda International Airport.

Also arrested are three employees of DNA Entertainment, the event management company in the FIR, Kiran, Sumanth and Sunil Mathew. Meanwhile, some key officials from the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) are said to be on the run. Secretary Shankar and Treasurer Jayaram reportedly have gone into hiding.

Shifting Responsibility
As the primary decision-making authority in the state, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah took action mid last week, canceling the leave of Bangalore Civil Police employees.

Within the distraught layer of the state serving and in their sights is now the Commissioner of the Police as well as Additional commissioner and even DCP of the Central Division, which also involve Cubs Park ACP, the Stadium Supervising Captain and of course Head of Arsenal Sheriff, Master.

These off orders are to put an end to the endless imbecile shifts in the office and workstation of power, alongside more severe issues such as planning under these conditions where RCB is sore—these policies essentially mean ensuring if under fire it does cancel warmth from the legislation.

Legal Proceedings
The head of the investigation is now a judge, but a retired at that, Michael D'Cunha. They've assigned him in their solo commission, a one-man judicial commission. BBMP chief's promise is set to place an arrest for all who laid ANC (Active Nursery Care) program on their desk.

The organizer of the event, DNA Entertainment Pvt Ltd, faces multiple serious charges under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, including:  

Section 115: Voluntarily causing hurt  

Section 118: Voluntarily causing hurt with dangerous means  

Section 121: Hurt to deter public servant  

Section 190: Unlawful assembly  

Current Investigation Reports and Judicial Oversight  

The Bangalore Urban Deputy Commissioner G Jagadeesha is in charge of the magisterial inquiry. They will call the KSCA, RCB, and polite commissioner B Dayananda to testify for the inquiry.  

The Karnataka High Court has also taken an initiative concerning the issue, asking the state to provide a comprehensive status update by the 10th of June.
