Details of the Crime
The case dates back to September 2024, when the accused teenager lured a 15-year-old ninth-grade student who lived in his neighborhood, convincing her to accompany him to his grandmother's house. On the night of September 16, 2024, the victim left home without informing her family.
During their journey and a subsequent five-day stay at the unoccupied residence, the accused subjected the minor to repeated sexual assault. He also threatened her with death to ensure her silence. Upon returning home, the traumatized victim confided in her family, who immediately approached local law enforcement and registered a missing person report that led to the swift apprehension of the accused.
