Priced between ₹1,700 and ₹1,785 per share, this blockbuster offering is a pure offer for sale (OFS), routing proceeds directly to exiting shareholders while offering investors a stake in the dominant equities and derivatives market infrastructure giant.
Hero Motors: Scheduled to open from September 16 to September 18, this automotive technology issue aims to raise ₹1,000 crore within a price band of ₹79 to ₹84 per share. The issue comprises a fresh capital raise of ₹600 crore and an OFS of ₹400 crore, focusing on advanced powertrain solutions, motorcycle components, and EV mobility parts.
SS Retail: Operating in the multi-brand mobile and electronics retail segment with a strong focus on tier-2 and tier-3 cities, SS Retail's ₹500 crore IPO will run from September 16 to September 18. The price band has been fixed at ₹403 to ₹424 per share, consisting of a ₹360 crore fresh issue and a ₹140 crore OFS.
Sona Selection India: Rajasthan-based fabric and textile manufacturer Sona Selection India is launching a completely fresh issue worth ₹141.57 crore, opening on September 17 and closing on September 21 with a price band set between ₹94 and ₹99 per share to fund its ongoing business expansion.
Jindal Supreme (India): Steel pipes and infrastructure product manufacturer Jindal Supreme will open its ₹124.88 crore IPO from September 16 to September 18, featuring a price band of ₹88 to ₹93 per share. The issue includes a fresh component alongside an OFS, catering to highway safety barriers, street lighting poles, and industrial steel tubing demands.
Manika Plastech & Weigland Developers: Plastic packaging specialist Manika Plastech's ₹125.50 crore IPO—featuring a price band of ₹40 to ₹43—opened earlier and remains open for investment until September 16, running alongside ongoing offers like Weigland Developers.
