Suspense crime, Digital Desk : Smartphone enthusiasts, get ready! OnePlus has officially confirmed the upcoming launch of its latest budget-friendly device, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G, in India. The company has scheduled the launch event for June 18th at 7:00 PM IST and has already begun teasing key features to build excitement.
In its first official reveal, OnePlus confirmed that the Nord CE 4 Lite 5G will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset. This processor is a reliable choice known for delivering smooth everyday performance and solid 5G connectivity, making it a popular option in the competitive mid-range market. As with previous launches, the new phone will be available for purchase through Amazon.in.
While the processor is the only confirmed detail so far, a wave of strong leaks and rumors has painted a very promising picture of what to expect. Tech insiders believe the phone will boast a stunning 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a fluid 120Hz refresh rate. Most impressively, it's tipped to feature a peak brightness of 2,100 nits, which would make its screen exceptionally bright and easy to see even in direct sunlight.
The rumored specifications don't stop there. The camera system is expected to be led by a high-quality 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary sensor. Powering the device will likely be a massive 5,500 mAh battery, which should provide excellent battery life. To complement this, the phone is expected to support blazing-fast 80W SuperVOOC charging, allowing users to power up in a fraction of the time.
Industry analysts suggest that the Nord CE 4 Lite 5G is likely a rebranded version of the Oppo K12x, which shares a similar set of impressive features. With an expected price tag under Rs 20,000, OnePlus is aiming to deliver a feature-packed device that could shake up India's crowded and price-sensitive smartphone market.
