Complaints about the poor quality of Ola electric scooters are increasing day by day. Every day, the displeasure of the customers regarding this scooter is erupting on social media. Recently, a customer got angry and set fire to Ola’s showroom. In this episode, a new twist came on Sunday. On Sunday, there was a heated debate between Ola founder Bhavish Aggarwal and ‘stand comedian’ Kunal Kamra on the social media platform ‘X’ over the quality of the after-sales service of the company’s electric scooters. Aggarwal posted a picture of the Ola Gigafactory, on which Kamra posted a picture of several Ola electric scooters, which were allegedly standing together for repair.
Asked a question by tagging Nitin Gadkari
Kamra wrote with the picture, “Do Indian consumers have a voice? Is this what they should get? Two-wheelers are the lifeline of many daily wage workers.” Tagging Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari, he asked, “Is this the way Indians will use EVs?” Kamra also said that those who have any problem with Ola Electric should write their experience below by tagging everyone. To this, Aggarwal replied, “Since you care so much, come and help us!
I will pay more than a failed career
I will pay you more than this ‘paid tweet’ or your failed career. Or else keep quiet and let us focus on fixing the problems of real customers.” He further said, ”We are rapidly expanding the service network and soon the long queues will be eliminated.” Even after this, the heated debate between the two continued on X.
