Suspense Crime, Digital Desk : The Cockroach Janata Party, after a widespread online campaign now seems to have taken the battle on ground. Amidst all this, CBSE exposer Sarthak Siddhanta have shared a message with the founder of Cockroach Janata Party Abhijeet Deepak.…CBSE whistleblower Sarthak Siddhanta has given advice to the founder of Cockroach Janata Party Abhijeet Dipke. Sarthak urged him to ensure that his movement is not merely an internet fad but remains a substantial and meaningful student initiative. This was said by Siddhant in an exclusive conversation with the Hindustan Times. It is pertinent to note that Sarthak appeared before a parliamentary committee some time back and testified on flaws in the CBSE's OMS.

In his conversation Sarthak Siddhant talked about the movement that was started by the Cockroach Janata Party. He was asked about it and said, I do not wish to indulge in any political discussion. However, if the movement has been started for the students, it must primarily concern them. He said that: We have done an investigation, Nisarg has done an investigation and we have moved forward on it to help students and to help with students in every way that was possible. He added, In this way, it was not merely a subject of the internet and was of more significance. While discussing this, he also brought up Vedant Srivastava. Notably, Siddhant, Vedant and ethical hacker Nisarg Adhikari found and reported issues in the CBSE's OSM evaluation system and thus rose to prominence as the face of the student struggle on social media.

Better than not doing anything...
Speaking further, Siddhant stated that raising issues on social media, though better than nothing at all, should not be about acquiring followers online or it will simply be an internet craze. He concluded saying internet activism is alright. What I had done, what Nisarg has done, what Vedant has done, we had simply engaged in internet activism but when we do that then if we are not engaging in something thereafter then that is bad.

Who is Sarthak Siddhant?
Sarthak Siddhant is 17 years old. After reviewing answer sheets via OSM in the CBSE exams, student percentages had dropped dramatically. Siddhant spent several days scrutinizing tender documents from the Central Public Procurement Portal, and later published findings on sarthaksidhant.com/coempt. His blog, 'How CBSE relaxed rules in favor of Coempt EduTeck', argued that the board strategically amended criteria in three rounds of tendering processes in favor of Coempt EduTeck Private Limited based in Hyderabad.
