Chopra has referred to his result as, “a bittersweet experience” following the event. He was glad to have achieved his goal of crossing the 90-meter mark, but still expects to do better. He stated, “I believe I can throw farther than this in the coming events. We will work on some aspects and aim for another 90m-plus this season.”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also wished Chopra on achieving this milestone. He said, “This is a spectacular feat,” praising athlete\u2019s dedication and hard work in a post on X (formerly Twitter). “India is elated and proud,” he stated further.

Chopra participated in the Doha Decan 2018 Diamond League meet and finished 4th with 87.43m throw. This recent participation can be termed as another significant step on his journey of accelerated milestones.
