Brahmapuri Police Station Inspector Ramakant Tiwari handed over the 1,000 page long charge sheet alongside the supplementary narrative to Additional Court No 4 and Judge Anuj Thakur. As with many other cases of this nature, it was ascertained that these murders stemmed from a love triangle rather than otherworldly reasons.

Intensified focus on the evidence after hearing the accusations of black magic revealed the claims to be baseless. The wife Muskan and her lover Sahil have been friends since 8th grade. Following Muskan’s relocation to another country with her spouse Saurabh, she began dating her former friend Sahil, which eventually spiraled towards their murder plot.

Statements from 36 witnesses have been documented.

This encompasses those who sold the drum, knife, as well as the cement.

Also included were the pharmacist, driver, and landlord.

Testimonies were collected from hotel staff in Himachal.

Murder Case Summary

Law enforcement authorities claim Muskan administered food containing sleeping pills to Saurabh. After he fell unconscious, Sahil stabbed him thrice in the chest. Subsequently, they dismembered his body into 15 parts, put it inside a drum, and filled it with cement.
