McDonald’s India (West and South), operated by Westlife Foodworld, has jumped aboard the K-wave with the launch of a limited-time Korean menu. Inspired by the massive popularity of K-dramas, K-pop, and Korean cuisine, this new range is available across stores in West and South India.

A Korean Twist on McDonald’s Classics

Starting at just ₹69, the Make It Korean menu reimagines McDonald’s signature items with a Korean flair. Highlights include:

Korean McAloo Tikki Burger

Korean Chicken Surprise

Korean McSpicy Chicken & Paneer Burgers

Korean McEgg Burger

McSpicy Premium Burgers (Veg & Chicken)

Each burger is topped with a generous spread of gochujang, the iconic Korean chili paste that’s tangy, spicy, and slightly sweet—bringing bold, unmistakable flavor to every bite.

K-Fries, K-Sides, and a Zesty New Sip

McDonald's also introduced a Korean Spice Mix for fries and nuggets, bringing a Shake-Shake-style seasoning twist to their beloved sides. The mix is also featured on McSpicy Chicken Wings, available exclusively in South India.

To balance the spice, there’s a refreshing new beverage: the Korean Yuzu-Pop, a citrusy drink inspired by Korea’s popular yuzu fruit, delivering a cool and zesty finish to the meal.

Why the Korean Craze?

With Korean pop culture deeply influencing Indian audiences—from beauty routines to streaming habits—McDonald’s aims to tap into the growing Hallyu (Korean wave) fandom. According to Arvind RP, Chief Marketing Officer at McDonald’s India (W&S), the move is part of an effort to “align with evolving customer tastes” and offer globally inspired innovations.

A Menu Made for K-Stans

With its playful promotions (“We officially cannot keep kalm!”), McDonald’s is clearly appealing to Gen Z and young adults who live and breathe K-culture. Whether you're binge-watching your favorite drama or grooving to your latest K-pop playlist, this menu adds the perfect flavor pairing to your fandom moments.

Availability

This exclusive Korean menu is available only for a limited time across McDonald’s outlets in West and South India. It’s also available for delivery through McDelivery.
