A new season of Khatron Ke Khiladi has been put on hold after the last-minute withdrawal from Banijay Asia, the shows’ production house. As per India Today's report, Colors TV was pre-otfessed in the work done, and multiple action items in the pipeline. It has struck several deals that involved other contracts with other celebrities at a standstill."

Celebrities Left in the Lurch

As per reports, Munawar Faruqui, Khushboo Patani (Disha Patani's sister), Orry (Orhan Awatramani), Isha Malviya, and Neeraj Goyat (a boxer) were part of several celebrities who were confirmed to have signed the contracts for the upcoming season of the show.

They were all set to take part in the planned international travel for filming next month but Oans plans have come to a grinding halt. Some of the celerivative were also in the process of negotiations but everything seems to have halted.

Rohit Sherry Disheartened by Stoppage

Franchise keeper Rohit Sherry, who has been the face of the show, is also very disheartened by the news. He is eager for the new season and was planning his return to the show.

Speculation Surrounds Bigg Boss as Well

The company behind the Bigg Boss franchise (with Salman Khan as host), Banijay Asia, is under the spotlight on whether that show will be cancelled or modified too. But at this moment, neither series has been officially confirmed to have received cancellation or delay announcements.
