Karan mentioned that a constant battle with being overweight is something he has had to endure for a **long time**. “I’ve done thousands of diets, five hundred kinds of workouts, every type that you can possibly think of,” he said. He claimed, however, that it was only after doing blood work recently that he found out there were some underlying health conditions. “I found out I had certain thyroid problems and other issues that I needed to address,” he said.

This directed expressed annoyance towards the rampant speculations. “People ask me, ‘Are you on Mounjaro? Are you on Ozempic?’ I’m tired of these comments,” he said. Karan emphasized that his transformation is the result of correcting health imbalances and committing to wellness, not medication.

Karan reported that he feels the healthiest and most confident he has been. “I feel great in my skin,” he noted. Though, he admitted to struggling with body dysmorphia still. “I do suffer from it. I am ashamed of my own body, even now. I cannot stand looking at myself in the mirror.”
