Singer and songwriter Justin Bieber has been making headlines, not for a new album, but for his cryptic social media posts. His latest Instagram story on March 16 has sparked concerns among fans as he openly discussed his emotional struggles.
Bieber shared an all-caps message, revealing he felt overwhelmed and emotionally drained. He reflected on his childhood experiences, saying:
“I was always told when I was a kid not to hate… But it made me feel like I wasn’t allowed to have it, and so I didn’t tell anyone I’ve had it.”
He further admitted that suppressing his emotions led to a sense of drowning and feeling unsafe:
“Which made me feel like I have been drowning... feeling unsafe to acknowledge it.”
Bieber emphasized the importance of acknowledging negative emotions, stating:
“I think we can only let hate go by first acknowledging it’s there.”
He concluded with a thought-provoking question:
“How couldn’t we feel hate from all of the hurt we have experienced?”
Bieber’s Previous Confessions About Self-Doubt
This isn't the first time Justin Bieber has been vulnerable about his feelings. In previous posts, he discussed imposter syndrome and his struggles with self-worth.
“People told me my whole life, ‘Wow, Justin, you deserve that,’ and I personally have always felt unworthy.”
He also admitted to feeling like a fraud despite his success:
“Like when people told me I deserve something, it made me feel sneaky, like, ‘Damn, if only they knew my thoughts.’”
The singer revealed he often felt unequipped and unqualified, hinting at persistent self-doubt and insecurity.
Health Concerns and Drug Use Rumors
Fans first became worried about Bieber’s health in February, when they noticed changes in his physical appearance and behavior. This led to speculation about drug use, but a source close to Bieber denied these claims.
“The narrative about Justin’s health and drug use is false, exhausting, and pitiful,” the source told TMZ.
The source also criticized the negative rumors, stating:
“Despite the obvious truth, people are committed to keeping negative, salacious, harmful narratives alive.”
New Music on the Horizon?
While Bieber has not released new music in the last two years, he recently teased fans by hinting that he is working on an upcoming untitled song.
The post has created excitement among his followers, who are eagerly waiting for his next album.
