Suspense crime, Digital Desk : A federal judge in the U.S. has issued a temporary order halting the deportation of the wife and five children of Mohamed Sabry Soliman, who is charged with firebombing Jewish protesters in Boulder, Colorado over the week.

As reported by Fox News, U.S. District Judge Gordon P. Gallagher has sided with the Plaintiff and granted a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) prohibiting the immigration enforcement agency from extracting El Gamal and her children from the United States or Colorado. This order is active until June 13th.

This step in the legal process follows accounts of El Gamal and her children being taken into custody by immigration authorities due to the charges of the immigrant that injured twelve people. By now, many people including civilians, have repeatedly claimed that Soliman, who is said to be an Egyptian national, burnt the flags of the killler protesters and was screaming “Free Palestine” while declaring them to be “killers..”

It is said that he entered America on a tourist visa, which has now expired, making his stay illegal. Officials verified his arrest was made on Sunday. In the wake of the Georgia floods the trump administration has vowed to remove the family of Soliman, who sources claim had ongoing asylum applications submitted by serving on their behalf.

Legal papers and immigration documents indicate that El Gamal and her kids surpassed their visa time. The order of protection prevents removal in the interim so that their status under the law can be examined in relation to Soliman's ongoing criminal matters.

He is scheduled to attend a hearing in Colorado on Thursday, where he will be arraigned for a federal hate crime and attempt murder at the state level.

This is yet another example of the persistent strain resulting from the Trump administration’s policies on immigration and the U.S. legal system, which has consistently overridden attempts at deportation through publicized interventions.
