To encourage massive public participation, the organizing committee announced that over 26,000 free tickets will be distributed to football enthusiasts from July 22 to August 16. Out of the Birsa Munda Football Stadium's 28,000 seating capacity, majority seats are reserved for fans at no cost, with separate designated zones for VIPs, VVIPs, and media personnel. Spectators can collect a maximum of four tickets per person daily between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM from 10 counters near Gates 11–13 and two counters near Gate 23. Stadium gates will open three hours prior to kickoff, and complimentary parking will be available outside the venue.

Ranchi is set to host seven major high-octane fixtures, including six Group C league matches and a crucial quarterfinal on August 16. The tournament opener in Ranchi kicks off on July 26 at 5:00 PM, featuring an intense showdown between Jamshedpur FC and Defenders FC. A strict ban has been imposed on several personal items inside the stadium, including power banks, professional cameras, large bags, outside food, water bottles, helmets, selfie sticks, laser pointers, banners, alcohol, tobacco products, fireworks, and pets.
