Renowned veteran actress and ex politician Jaya Prada was facing the tough period of losing her elder brother Raja Babu on of February 27 2025 in Hyderabad. The news was made public through an Instagram post by Jaya herself who shared the news with tears in her eyes.
As deep in shock as Jaya is, she has elaborated her brother’s loss with her sorrow filled tears and heartfelt messages. She disclosed details that he had passed while she edited the post and hashtagged him. Additionally, she sent a request to her follower base to include him in their prayers. A large audience seemed to be concerned which led people flooding the comments section to express their condolences.
While Raja Babu was not an everyday, public figure he played an extremely impactful role in Jaya’s everyday life. With her always having been attached to her family this loss for her is {immense. So many people from her colleagues to fans from the film industry came together to show her support during this hard time.
Jaya Prada is recognized for her work in Bollywood and South Indian cinema and is famous for her role in Sargam, Tohfa, and Aakhree Raasta. However, she has also dabbled in politics as a Rajya Sabha MP. In spite of her engaging professional life, she always prioritized her family and had a good relationship with them.
