In view of the upcoming Braj Mandal Jalabhishek Yatra scheduled for August 3, 2026, the Nuh police administration has announced strict traffic restrictions across the district. Entry for all heavy commercial vehicles, including trucks and trailers, will be completely prohibited on key regional routes, such as the Nuh-Alwar National Highway. The measure has been implemented to guarantee the absolute safety of participating devotees and to maintain smooth traffic flow during the grand religious procession, which starts at the historic Nalhar Temple and concludes in Singar village.
Alternative Routes and Diversions for Alwar, Sohna, and Gurugram Traffic
To minimize commuter inconvenience, the Nuh police have mapped out detailed alternative diversion routes for commercial transport. Heavy vehicles traveling from Alwar toward Sohna and Gurugram must take the Mumbai Expressway via Ambedkar Chowk in Ferozepur Jhirka and route through KMP Rewasan. Similarly, vehicles commuting in the opposite direction from Sohna, Gurugram, and Taoru toward Alwar are required to follow the exact same bypass path via KMP Rewasan and the Mumbai Expressway.
Guidelines for Palwal, Aligarh, and Jaipur Bound Commercial Vehicles
Drivers operating heavy transport from Palwal, Hodal, and Aligarh have been instructed to rely strictly on the KMP and Mumbai Expressways, as entry into Nuh city limits will remain blocked until the Yatra officially concludes. Furthermore, heavy vehicles approaching Nuh from Jaipur via the Mumbai Expressway and KMP Rewasan Road, as well as those coming from Punhana, Gurugram, and Taoru, will face temporary holds and must wait until the procession wraps up before entering local corridors.

The Jalabhishek Yatra is scheduled to commence at 12:00 PM on August 3 from the sacred Nalhar Temple in Nuh, moving onward through Firozpur Jhirka before culminating in Singar village, with heavy police deployments stationed at strategic intervals. Urging full public cooperation, law enforcement authorities have appealed to all heavy vehicle operators to strictly adhere to the traffic advisory and enter the district only after the Yatra concludes safely.
